so why ONLY ZTE? Assumption is that they are the only one infringing with any cash. When you are running dangerously short on cash why would not run parallel lawsuits especially since the judges are likely the same and the technologies are the same - why risk having to start all over again with new court...

and in 3 years they have pursued what less than ten of these 600 patents... are the other 590 garbage? it would appear so.
