If current BOD stays in by the time they fund the 5th well you'll be relieved of your ownership responsibilities regardless.JMHO

Sooth, don't you find it at least a bit disconcerting how all of a sudden AFTER the 3 bandits scalped the 25% interest that they started talking about drilling 5-6 wells, this well before they decided to give back 60% of the TGC interest to HENC. Yet, there was no time limit on earning the TGC full interest.

What I mean is that just like they earned their 5.833% interest in 112 by drilling one well, in theory they could have just drilled the one well on 444 and their would be no discussion as to they being the rightful Operator. Up until their PR after they bought the 25% interest, the most number of wells anyone had ever been talking drilling on 444 was 3 consecutively.

Now they come out with this 5-6 wells one after the other which would be outright imprudent to do whether they hit wells or not, even if they hit a well, since this is a brand new field, oil field prudence would dictate that the wildcat be allowed to flow for a few months before it is deemed commercial and worthy of offset wells. Even Beach and Drillsearch with their deep pockets don't just immediately start drilling "offset" well to a wild cat.

And, if they hit a dry hole or two, you can bet they will stop, just like they did the last time when they had the cash in the bank to drill 3 wells as we were told at the time. (which they subsequently blew on a year and a half of "Corporate Overhead" while stalling which in turn required them to do even another financing.

If you don't think all of these games and misdirections they are playing stinks, then I have a top EENT Specialist you need to visit.

But you can sleep well this weekend knowing that 98% of shareholders have enough common sense to vote with their wallet. A wallet that has been decimated by the Old Management. Even if you take the hidden 13.5 million shares that their designated Senior Advisor stealthy received by buying out the major Convertible holder last year without following the BCSC mandatory reporting rules, and add to it the 4.4 million all the rest of Management owns, it still will not be enough to come close to winning.
