Not really, real problem is no buying pressure whatsoever, people are on standby waiting to see what the company is going to do, investors are just skeptical after the last "big" announcement the company taunted and never delivered. IMHO there is a lot going on on the background, there is a lot of things they could release without breaking the NDA.
