As I've said before, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts:

Lets see... We're missing the financials from the last 2 quarters, with no extensions filed, THAT'S FACT!!

The FACT is that only one financial report is overdue. The quarter ending June 30th is actually the end of the fiscal year for Marani and is not due for 90 days from the end date. That would put the annual report due date at September 30th, 2015.

The MRIB quarterly due May 15 is now approximately 8 weeks past due, plus as you correctly state there was no notification of a late filing. No PR's from the company, basically nothing but rumors about news, sales in the southeast, secret new distributors, etc. - all merely baseless statements without a shred of proof nor support, ad infinitum.
