Whats the RSI-level at? Or is that metric useless in these situations?

Yes, relatively useless right now unless it goes towards the lower 20's or even below 20 where you could make a case that the stock is severly oversold. It's at 25 right now and that also means oversold technically but in reality you can't base a decision on it unless it's in real extreme areas IMO. Then it works well for the very short term.
