May not be until fall when oil prices rise and investors return. Volume has been down this summer -very low today.

Looks like Friday's 1.20s were the bottom. Trending up since then.

Yea up 15% from yesterday's bottom. ( Thought it would go to 52 wk low of 1.00) Now it only has to go up $1 more dollar to May 29th price of $2.25.
