I am not saying at all that the filing will not happen sooner. I am saying worst case scenerio that is when an agreement will push the process to reality. I will not be worried until then about filing.
Ron B. now plays a bigger role and when I spoke with him prior to that, he said by the end of the second quarter is still the target, however he was not in favor of it until all aquisition plans were realized. - not a quote, but still accurate.
