You hit the nail on the head:

We can use our imaginations as to scenarios that could lead to any of those 3 outcomes but we really won't know until we know how they plan to use it.

THEY should know HOW they plan to use it, don't they?

That is my point.

But they say that it MIGHT be beneficial...! Evidently they are not sure yet!

Now HOW does that THAT work?

I can only deduct from that, that ERHC and NGAR are not intertwingled that much obviously.
