Why would the stock go up?

what exactly is going well for this company? The product doesn't sell and isn't promoted. The company reports $0 cash in it's 10K and revealed it stopped paying it's creditors and is being sued for non payment. The patents were invalidated and despite the CEO lying to shareholders that he would never quit in appealling the decision, he quietly dropped the appeals and now has to pay the costs and fees of the defendants.

And we have an upcoming shareholder meeting where the CEO will make himself available for shareholder questions after a Hollywood surprise is served.

39/100 of a penny share price, not too far from zero. Incredible to see how wrong those looking for a big payday have been about this scam for years and years.
