It was less than 2 weeks ago for the filing that lowered the redemption price to .50 on all the warrants that were 2.00 and above. There is something grossly immoral if not illegal about lowering the price for funders on warrants just because the PPS drops. It kind of takes the risk totally out of market investing for those who are already very wealthy. Just another slap in the face to the small time retail investor! I guess we'll find out soon whether it's gain or just more pain! $VPCO
