As I learned this year from SCOTUS cases - the AMICUS can NOT take a new line of attack
it can illustrate and expand and I am sure they said a lot of good stuff to the court
and the number who filed bears witness the word spreading on what the government did - and what it is not correcting
And to a small degree the GOV can no longer say so bluntly - well a bunch of hedge funds --- not the bunch includes the consumer (buyers of houses) and mortgage banks etc. all wanting action that is similar to what we want
we may find we own 20% of a company (IPO by GOV using warrant capacity dilutes our share BUT THE proceeds would go to F and F as capital contribution to build up capital which is the goal of the Amicus - a healthy company)
but then with that capital each current share will be worth say 22 a share and not 2.20 a share a 10 Kick
