This really doesn't pass the smell test. The OS is only 33mm now and they are cutting it by 80% but they need to raise the AS to 150mm? This is looking more like a stinking penny play where the insiders rape the retail investors over and over! I'm not impressed! Sure hope somebody runs a pump on this POS quick! $VPCO

BTW when the RS occurs all of the .50 warrants will clear. Gee I wonder where that will take the PPS?
