Agreed.

Last time around when Icoa got current and had audited financials with rumor of a deal, it fizzled.

Now a deal has been struck with the sister company and low and behold their financials are unaudited.

I wonder the status of Icoa's are?

There is something underfoot IMO.

Let's hope.
