Vapo was the sub penny with billionaire backing that was supposed to supply all the infrastructure to the Nasdaq stock after the merger right? That sure hasn't worked out in terms of shareholder value. I see a filing from yesterday where some German fund picked up 7% but that doesn't change the fact that this is falling into the penny stock shitter fast! $VPCO

Thanks for the response. Is he active in any way with the company or a silent shareholder? I haven't seen anything mentioning him and the company for a while
