I guess the financials is all we can go by.

Really??? So the TA says there are 6M preferred A shares O/S, the Company has only registered 5M such shares with the State of Nevada, and the "financials" say there are 24M O/S.

But we should just go by the financials...because they are 100% correct???? No problem... Just 10% of the company and 19B votes at stake here with this ONE issue.
