I haven't read anything as detailed as this. It assures me that we will win just on the basis of this amici/amicus. Superb job by Tim Howard. He is true hero in my eyes. If Sweeney doesn't agree with him then we are going to Supreme court for sure.
Its just matter of time. Facts are on our side. Plain n simple. This tells you the whole true story of govt's dirty game. Their master plan seems like house of cards now....

Based on this, its very likely plaintiffs will modify/update their lawsuit to one which argues the justification of 2008 cship of FnF and that will put 80% warrants into question too.
We are not done with case for 2012 net sweep alone.....the best is yet to come :)
