Without the " Lympro financial details" a R/S makes no sence! The shareprice would collapse immediatly after the Listing date! That could mean only one thing Gerald is still negotiating or gathering the details, he is convinced he can give the Market the full story before the Listing date. He is not that stupid, I presume.
The Market would never trust him again, which means, he has to resign!
The Market is very nervos right now. If he brings in the full story still before the Listing that would be a very tactical move. This will give the shareprice a faster move up as we think it will do.
