I don't know that he is. Today seems to have been pretty good for bad penny stocks. The ones I follow, anyway.
I think the rise in price is just flippers seeing an opportunity. But they'll be taking profits soon. The real question is how much more our Big Seller has left to dump.
Longer term investors might do well to ask what he knows or suspects that prompted him to divest such a large position at what is presumably a very substantial loss.
