Questions are:

1. Why didn't they have enough to pay their refinance fees and
2. Why did the large shareholder make them do their secondary offering to pay those fees?

Smells like a 'conflict of interest' and sounds like they have no $$$ so they are going to the marketplace to do some fundraising. That said, GL flipping it. IMO, not 'investment worthy', but one can often make some coins with those flips.
