Demitri Yeoglas Downing and his tribe are Arizona based,I'm all but certain the fallout from whatever happened in Arizona includes his departure,and with it any tribal deals. The BROCG deal is not going to happen ever IMO. Ken is a homeboy in Detroit trying to get something done in Michigan , while dreaming of Canada. Fortunately he has the connections to get a grow operation going (green grow llc)provided those are his true intentions.
