Honestly I am just as confused. The filing shows reduction of the A/S to 500k. Not selling though, I have not seen a reverse split from them in my 3 years here.Dr Koos must have a good reason, maybe the zander deal. stay tuned!

They reduced the total authorized shares from 6b to 500m.this has nothing to do with the ratio they decided to reverse all outstanding shares by,in this case 150 to 1.

They did this so that they have plenty of room left in the A/S to issue new shares and dump them on shareholders.
