Gee that's interesting. You first posted speculative opinion based on a conversation you claim you had with the auditor. When it was pointed out, an auditor doesn't have conversations about its clients, the response was: You had a NDA, and the auditor was asking for your opinion on some numbers they had received.

Now the claim the NDA didn't have anything to do with accounting.

Taken together, an NDA that had nothing to do with accounting, but enabled one to speak to the auditor on a matter of accounting.

And yes those 10 calendar days for the release of the "audit", which later mutated to some unspecified generic financials is long overdue.
