I was the one who found it and posted dd. Stock was down from .10 to .0031 without volume last weeks. It traded always strong between .10-.20 and there is a reason for it. This company has potential!
But company has notes, these notes were not due, but they used the interest, changed probably the maturity date and issued shares for the debt holder.
If there are no new notes, this will still have a good share structure when they are done and move up after it.
