There is no people to replace...
It's just Gary
There are no board members
There are no employees
There are no sales or revs
There is just Gary and his home PC in his apartment.
He goes to work every day to his real job and real company urban dev
And has this qlts public company to syphon money from once in awhile when he needs extra cash, and he does it very well to not draw too much attention or show any dilution.

There will never be any funding
No one is going to drop 60mil on an idea with no history of sales or revs

If you don't believe it or not sure just email him any questions and he will say he rather talk on the phone then say anything in email. Then when u speak to him on the phone take note of how much he stutters and dances around any direct question u ask him,

Then go and watch this video where Gary talks about his private company urban r2 and watch how he speaks with confidence and answers questions directly,
Then ask yourself why did he sound like a liar when u spoke on the phone?
It's because your asking him questions about qlts
