Other than that, if one looks at each of the last three 10Qs and looks at the bottom of the balance sheet, which is found in the financials section of the SEC filing, the outstanding shares are listed at the bottom. The dilution is real easy to find.

Of course, this doesn't include the preferred shares that can be converted to millions more.
