Pinetree shareholders are irrelevant and have no practical say. Pinetree defaulted on its debts so the creditors are driving the bus. Pinetree shareholders are welcome to shell out $50M or so and pay back the creditors. Absent that they can just pray some scraps will be left over.

but they refers to Anson, yes. It could possibly refer to PNP also in regards to ANY.

So effectively Anson has covered 250k shares. The covering has started. Difficulties fending off longs Jun 29-30 may have tipped the scales.
