I agree with the anoying fact that there is no sec filings.
But I am not trying to "make up" scenarios.
I am trying to to formulate a hypothesis based on facts we know. I am not actually making anything up. Its all based in a scientifc approach. I am using the 5 senses in an empirical method (scentific approach).

Now thats cleared up i am hoping that investor pressure (from my hypothesis) will create enough motivational force (buzz & hype + DD) to create some exertion of that force (phone calls and emails based on links i found). That exertion would have an effect of insiders deciding to file and announce.
