Is the redeeming price for the certs split adjusted? Does DSUS now owe 4 bucks per cert adjusted for the reverse split?

Where is the merger paperwork? What private company did they actually merge with? Has this too been all made up?

Looks like a standard reverse split/name change and resume spinning yarns stock to me.
