It is one thing to have 5,000 shareholders express their opinion, even frustration, on a public message board. The company can deal with it, perhaps even learn something.
It is another thing to have 5,000 activist shareholders all pushing management, interfering with operations. Most people don't even have a clue. And you are not exactly well informed either.
