While you were there on July 4th, you claimed the staff was there working overtime. I see where Marla filed a lawsuit in may against the company and in June, the company was being evicted. Was Marla present at this time? I find it odd that she would be working overtime when prior to this date, she filed a lawsuit base on the Fair Standards Labor act.

Was Kerry there clearing out the office because of the eviction and tricked you ?
