IIRC, our patients in SUNRISE are not as sick as they were in the phase II trial, so they could be living longer, even on the control arm, than previously. Or perhaps I've misremembered.
If your belief was widely held, the s.p. would be much higher. The lack of news is similar to the pancreatic cancer trial and that blew up. The drug may be working but we cannot deduce anything from the lack of first look-in.
