I'd love to hear how you expect to own the same percentage of shares after any transaction involving any other company. The ONLY way I could see that happening is a buyout of Offor's shares and I don't see him selling.

If someone puts money on the table they are going to get shares and our percentage will be reduced. I believe that is a given. Some are hoping for such a transaction but I don't see how it would ever benefit us.
