Hardly. Diluting has been going on in this company for fifteen years. The original shares from 2000, when it went public, are less than one percent of the total shares now outstanding. The process will continue to go on. But, the market players are well aware of it, so, the cabal of thieves in charge of this scam will meet with little success.
