These are all wrong. Maybe one of the "so ons" might be right. Try to list some more.

So what is the share structure?

This is kinda entertaining.

Too many things to list...ROTFLMAO

1) Our CEO/President being nominated two years in a row for Ethical Man of the Year.

The mythical award. I heard he was nominated 2 yrs in a row for Microcrap Scam Artist of the Year Award

2) Even though the company has the ability to issue more shares from loads of authorized, they have kept the issued in check to be used I expect for good deals for us shareholders.

And without the 100:1 split in 2004, there would currently be 24B in the O/S. Nothing like a 16.5X dilution in one year.

they have kept the issued in check to be used I expect for good deals for us shareholders.

They are actually going to announce how many shares are issued for a future acquisition??? That would be a change. Up to now everything has been for...FREE.

3) We have kept an ungagged transfer agent that is happy to let callers know the share structure.

Since one is proud to have Shares diluted 16.5X, might as well keep em ungagged.

4) We have a company investing in US O&G to make the US self sufficient.

Investing in dry and plugged wells is going to make the US self sufficient??? Now that's a new one. LOL Did one find out how much was "invested" in the Okie plugged wells? Guess they were for FREE? Maybe the word "Investing" is inappropriate to describe the BAYP oil scam.

5) ....and so on and so on and so on.

Scam scam scam.

These are items that are not up for debate because they are true.

Oh in that case: How many barrels of oil were produced in 2014? What was the realized market price? Margins? Flow rate for any well? Proven reserves? Probable reserves?

What's not up for debate is BAYP is a paper oil scam, buying(?) trivial interests in dry and/or plugged oil wells, so that insiders will have a story to P&D. So far it's a very lame pump by Porter (Microcrap Scam artist of the Year Award?). He should've stuck with hemp oil in cosmetics.
