Not lately because the market makers have so many shares they are able to outbid any asking price. It has been virtually impossible with this heavy of dilution for the PPS to go up. It will only move one tick when they are selling but any buying by them is at the bottom. They will always be first in line, have the most shares, and you won't be able to even get out if you buy now. That is, unless you sell below your bought in price. It will continue like this as long as Ken is diluting (which hasn't stopped since the r/s). Every tick is a 30-50% gain for MMs. It's a trap. Everyone who is buying here is stuck losing 30-50%. A few weeks ago you could make a few bucks flipping, but not now. There is too much selling pressure.
