You guys need to wake up. There is no 'they'. It is only Ken. Board of Directors? No! Ken Is now acting as both Board of Directors and CEO! Nobody can fire him or outvote him. He made that impossible granting himself 30 billion shares recently. If there is anyone else, it is probably a couple lawyers keeping this asshole out of jail and out of SEC's grip. "Consulting" how to stay out of jail and legally rob shareholders blind. Look at the last filing, under board of directors do you see any other names? No! Everyone else bailed, most likely because they had some sense of integrity or ethical boundaries, this asshole has none! He is looking to take your money by selling you shares, that's IT! He calls himself a merchant bank.. Lmao!! Sell shares, dilute, r/s.. This is what he does! Nothing else!
