I had not heard that drowning in a pond was his cause of death...?

I recall reading authorities being quoted in the Main Stream Media as saying he committed suicide because he worked too hard but if he drowned in a pond I am curious as to what agency conducted the investigation, etc.

Drowning in a pond sounds to me er uh eerily like heads hitting the floor type stuff...what did he know about the debacle?
