NYSE AMEX has different rules and regulations than NYSE. You need to go do some research on that as I have already done.

There will be no "delisting" because Comstock Mining is a healthy and profitable company who files their paperwork on time. No reason at all to be delisted as the NYSE AMEX has no specific time period/share price for a security.
