Still not sure what he meant by two different companies - the one incorporated in Nevada is different than the one that needs to be registered to do business in Arizona? That makes no sense. It's the same company.
And doing business in Arizona is a stretch - from what I can tell, MNGG has done no "business" in Arizona but "chip the hillside" almost a year ago. It is no wonder that being properly filed with the Arizona Corp. Commission was not important.
