(OTCPK: ONCI) announced today that its marketing group has initiated its Social Capital marketing plan for the QwickMed product line by contacting local, regional and national non-profit and charitable organizations with a unique set of sales and promotional offers. These include providing such organizations with complete turnkey fund raising tools, programs and event plans to enable them to implement comprehensive fund raising activities commencing in August, 2015 in time for the commencement of the 2015/2016 academic year. These programs are designed to roll out in two phases:
