Lawsuit will at least expose these guys to some future DD to others....I agree that they don't have a chance in court, but at least when someone googles this company and any of the frauds running it, they will see that they've been taken to court for theft/fraud.

It might not make a difference in the long run, but it's nice to see not everyone roll over each time they get scammed. We all lose money playing penny scams....some, much worse than others, but since the SEC and FINRA continue to allow and encourage these scams to operate, it's nice to see someone take a swim.g at them from time to time.

Not really. The SEC not long ago came out [publicly and said they are going to rein in on the OTC Market and create more open disclosure and DD for corps not yet uplisted on major exchanges due to many prior years of such scams being played upon Investors...

If true, the SEC should FINALLY run with this one and make LGBI and all its associated corp persons a poster child for fraud and use as example to clean up the OTC Markets truly once & for all...
