I gather that's the quandry, guess a poison pill could be established as protection...You have to ask yourself why the listing agency and the lenders don't want lenders to have Solomon to have certain dominant rights. Other company have super-voting shares and are listed. Gather his past decisions such as dilution,etc..might be a factor here.
