This is SIMPLY/ONLY what the Court did..

There is NO information as to what prompted the two PARTIES to come to some agreement, which resulted in their mutually withdrawing their complaint.

Furthermore there is NO indication as to any money to be paid, consequent to their settling..

Sometimes EMOTIONS run ahead of reality..

This is the wording from the COURT:

..."IT IS ORDERED that all pending motions are hereby deemed withdrawn by the parties and this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice and without (added for neverending only to understand..court) costs to any party. This order resolves the pending claims between and among the parties and closes the case".

For me its ok (as a foreigner) to help neverending due to his personel limitations to understand his own language.
