The latest documents on the docket are mostly HC trying to get information redacted, again. Stall tactic imo.
Considering CEN lawyers were the ones who removed the redaction its CEN who is trying stall tactics. If they wanted to they could have requested the redacted info, if the JR thought it was appropriate to the care they would have allowed it. Canada is strict privacy laws and if there was personal info that might have been too private they had a right to redact it.
