Great post. Very concise, honest and refreshing having no hint of malice toward the company or the questions author.
The real secret to these scams is the debt conversion, also done by the company officers themselves in many cases.

As I said, qasp is not a real company, just internet press releases and broken promises.

OTC has dropped QASP down to yield again, probably for neglecting to file any financials with the Quarterly Report.

And so it looks like QASP has belatedly coughed them up.
