Well, because the large drone in question, as Cassandra proved, is available in kit form, or assembled, for appx 35-40% of the price DSUS claims to be selling their unit. Technically, I suppose it could be claimed that they are manufacturing them, but more correct would be to say they are assembling kits. And the above link doesn't describe a company that would consider assembling a kit.
