Unknown CDEX JUNK and Toys

Interesting article about an old problem. There was no mention of SCAM CDEX and it's toys. Even if one did finish the article the only real news in it was that there was an organization called "The National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators". I contacted them on their info line, there was no knowledge of CDEX and it's JUNK. Their mission was education and assisting police.
