That is their version but not RXMD'S. RXMD does not believe they are in financial trouble great enough to kill the merger. The truth is RXMD got an amazing deal and the other company got cold feet. Happens all the time. It's up to RXMD to pursue through the courts or at all. An update is forthcoming. All in the filings.
