I really have no idea......all I know, from my own studies, is its all what the Big Boys want ( institutional buyers ).... When they are going long, the PPS rises....when they are going short, the PPS falls, I've honestly come to the conclusion that world events and
"News" play so little in the day to day swings of the PPS.......

So I do my best to follow price action, and pay very little attention to any thing else....it all seems like clutter, and worthless babble....

But please, trade whatever works for you.....
