Also not uncommon for a stinky pinksheet to create a "story" to sell shares. In fact, it is pretty much the norm. I usually following mining companies, with fake mining operations, fake revenue, and fake experts. Here, with a drone company, it is much the same - fake manufacturing, relabeling a cheap Chinese drone as their "feature product".
Why would anybody try to set up a business using a shell company as dirty as PVEC? With characters as sordid as Peter Villiotis and the crew from CM Research. Makes no sense.
If this eminent BOD wanted to band together and publicize their products, they'd have been much better off going private. Or setting up a new company, not assuming the debts, liabilities, and ugly circumstances of a crooked shell company.
